U.S. Air Force Security Forces 1st Lt. Joseph D. Helton, 24, of Monroe, Ga., assigned to the 6th Security Forces Squadron at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Fla., was killed September 8th, 2009, while on a mission near Baghdad, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle. Helton is survived by his mother, Jiffy Helton.

Breakfast: (Starbucks protein platter (minus the bagel): Hard boiled Egg, .25 Apple, .25 cup of grapes, 1tbsp PB, .5 oz cheese

Snack: Walnuts, Soy Latte

Lunch Lettuce wraps filled with chicken and veggies (cooked in some sauce). vegetable spring roll.

Dinner: Eggs, Potatoes, ketchup, some of a biscuit :(

Eating like crap.. feeling like crap. Coincedence?

Fallen off the wagon, hard.

So here are things i am going to quit:

1. Bread, Rice, Pasta. (I have been very successful here.)
2. Potatoes (I <3 french fries)
3. Diet Coke (It just can’t be healthy)

I made salad dressing with a 2:1 Oil to Vinegar ratio and some Good Seasoning.
