I did the WOD today with my arm still in the soft cast so I used the 12# bar.  I really wanted to work on the technique (which is REALLY hard when the weight is so light).

Broken bones update

i just had my follow up xray.  it has been three weeks since the break and my doctor said i am at where i should be 3-4 months from now. he has never seen anyone heal so fast.  he called me super woman.
